Church school is a place where children can learn, play and make new friends since many children go there. Also, the songs are quite interesting but older children may find it a little too childish to do all the actions in the songs that are sung.

The lessons that are taught there are interesting and enjoyable for children because the teachers always tell us stories and the work given is interesting enough for us yet challenging enough to make us think hard.

The celebrations held there are always packed with children who do not usually come for church school. The teachers prepare a lot of food for the children during the celebrations. At the end of the year, there is a week when the children get to exchange points they have collected throughout the year.

I encourage all the children to go to church school in order to learn more about the bible and God.

Daisy, Joan, Siew Li, Koi Swan, Meow Nee, George, Saw Ai, Chooi Ho, Ruth, Bok Kai, May Ling, Siew Lan, Shireen Chong, Teoh Yan Yee, Koay, Jing Chung, Daniel Kopial, Kenny Chong, Daniel Kopial and all those who lent a helping hand whenever a call is sent out - we extend a word of heartfelt thanks.

The church school has grown since we moved to our new premise. We had our doubts in the beginning and thought that response might not be warm. But at one count we had 65 children with only 6 from Christian families, the rest from non-Christian homes. Our work among the children in the community is slowly gaining acceptance.

We would just like to affirm them for their commitment, passion and compassion for the children. It takes commitment and love to keep coming week after week for the children.  We thank God for these people who have decided to serve God in this ministry.

We pray for God’s blessings to be with them, freshen them over the hols so that they will be recharged to serve again.
